My name is Clémence (pronounced like this in French, my mother tongue).
‍
I’ve spent the last decade perfecting my skills in the event industry and have grown fond of building experiences for small groups of friends or soon-to-be friends in search of the perfect blend of comfort, challenge and adventure in the outdoors.

I presently act as the Event Director at Bike Monkey Inc. where we deliver a unique brand of high-end cycling events. We serve our own audience and offer consulting and production to other businesses seeking to leverage events to build brand awareness. I am also the Event Director for Gravel Locos, where my job is to bring to life all of Fabián Serralta's ideas, in order to create a unique gravel experience in the heart of Texas (and Colorado!) while raising funds for the local volunteer fire departments.


Philosophy
I embrace that la clé to the successful execution of an event is about the plan.

I named my company "Phase Clé" because it symbolizes the key phases of planning. It's what I'm passionate about, what I'm good at and what I can do for you.

When I’m not keeping busy with planning rad events and riding my bicycle, you can find me enjoying the great outdoors (hiking, camping, swimming, paddle boarding, skydiving...), not particularly in that order.
